Cuckoo Spiced Gin is made with ingredients that are locally sourced and grown on their farm. In the distilling process they use fresh spring water from the artesian aquifer in the field next to our distillery. Still unmistakably Cuckoo Gin in style, but with warming aromatics on the nose and the palate as soon as you take your first taste.
