Description Credits: 7Fo Description: Electronic musician 7FO’s first M Records release in a long time is a new tune and single that will change the image of 7FO, and is now available on 7″ vinyl! The new song, “Healing Sword”, which he says he was “feeling like a mysterious DIY musician” (not just feeling like one, but actually being one), was produced as a single for the first time in 7FO’s history as a tribute to the 7″ pop era and to Joe Meek. However, there was no way that 7FO could be Joe Meek as he was, and his enthusiasm dissipated like steam from a hot spring and congealed into a hot water RGM sound. Jackson Bailey (Tapes/Rezette) exclaimed, “surf synth acid dancehall rock! The coupling song “Snake” is a one-shot mono lo-fi one-stroke tune, and is performed live by the acclaimed 7FO. The custom onsen mark on the artwork was created by artist/performer Keisuke Yamao, and the binding was created in Yamao’s studio.
