This Acoustic Sound Diffuser will scatter the sound waves Naturally – Wood you like that! This sound diffuser is made out of seasoned pine wood. Its natural shape makes the diffusion as organic and as scattered as can be. Yet the cylindrical shape of the diffuser is the most efficient in sound diffusion. Unlike cylindrical diffusers in a series this type of diffuser does not create concave valley that may concentrate the sound, the staggered nature of the wood diffuser pieces breaks that pattern. These diffusers are all unique. We offer natural ( untreated) wood and treated. ( same price). The difference is in the color tone of the wood. Untreated wood is lighter, treated wood is darker. Acoustically there will also be a slight difference , because untreated wood is softer and it has open pores, so it will somewhat absorb some of the sound.
